1:1 SESSIONS · INTEGRATIVE ALIGNMENT SESSION

Inner Shift Session

A deeply restorative, in-person, body-led experience combining breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and intuitive practices to help you reconnect with yourself from the inside out.

Chantal Menard sitting on a white cushioned chair, smiling with her left hand resting on her chin, wearing a dark blue denim jacket and pants, with a white top underneath, in a minimalistic room with a light-colored wooden floor and white walls.

This session is for you if...

  • Your mind won't stop spinning, even when your body is exhausted.

  • You keep saying, "I'll rest when things slow down," but they never do.

  • You're waking up at 4:00 a.m. thinking about everything and nothing.

  • Your shoulders, jaw, chest, or stomach are carrying more than your words ever could.

  • You understand what's happening intellectually, but something still feels stuck.

If you know something needs to change, even if you can't explain exactly what, and you're ready to start feeling like yourself again, this session is for you.

Why this matters

You don’t need to do more.

You can push harder, stay busier, optimize everything around you and your body will still find a way to get your attention. Through tension you can't shake. Sleep that doesn't restore you. A low hum of anxiety that follows you everywhere. Emotions that surface at the worst possible moments. Reaching for food, sugar, or wine at the end of the day not because you're hungry but because you crave something to take the edge off.

Your body is not failing you. It's talking to you.

It has been talking to you for a while now. And it will keep getting louder until someone helps you listen.

No strategy reaches where this work goes. When the nervous system is in overdrive and the energy body is depleted, the mind cannot lead the way back. You can’t think your way out of what your body is holding.

Most people wait until they break before they ask for support. But you don't have to hit the wall to finally get help. You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to justify slowing down.

This is where your system gets to recalibrate.

A decorative handmade umbrella with detailed patterns in blue, white, gray, and black, resting on a crumpled white surface. The umbrella handle is made of wood with a beaded decoration near the top. There are sprigs of dried lavender and some green fabric leaves placed near the umbrella.

What happens in a session

Come as you are. You don't need to prepare. You don't need to know what's wrong or be able to explain it. You just need to show up and be open.

You're invited to Chantal's home on a quiet acreage ten minutes east of Beaumont. Into a healing room designed for one thing: to help you soften.

You'll settle onto a warm, layered treatment table with immersive sound surrounding you and a gently heated amethyst crystal biomat beneath you. The room begins doing its work before anything else starts. Your body already knows how to do this. It just needs permission.

Chantal opens every session with a guided meditation. An invitation to land. To arrive. To finally exhale.

From there, breath is woven throughout as a tool — moving what's stuck, creating space for what wants to shift, and allowing your body to release what it's been holding.

While you rest, Chantal reads the body. Gently and precisely identifying where energy is blocked, depleted, or out of flow — and guiding your system back into balance. The work is intuitive and responsive. It follows what your body is actually asking for in that moment.

This is where we stop listening to what you think you need — and start trusting what your body already knows.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is performed.

This is simply an invitation back to yourself.

Most people don't arrive here because everything is 'just fine'. They arrive because they know something isn't.

They arrive because they've been holding it together for so long that they can feel themselves beginning to unravel.

Sometimes it's that tender space where something is shifting and you can feel it, even if you can't name it yet.

You’ve been telling yourself, "I'll deal with it once I get through this."

But the truth is, the finish line keeps moving.

You're over-doing. Over-giving. Depleted and exhausted in ways you haven't fully admitted to yourself yet. Holding it all together with sheer will and not much left underneath. White-knuckling your way through the days and hoping somewhere ahead there's finally a moment to breathe.

You might not even realize how deep in it you are until you stop long enough to feel it.

This is where you finally shift...
