What if joy was your strategy
not just your goal?

Chantal Menard brings The Joy Method™, breathwork, and mindfulness into workplaces, retreats, and communities — helping teams and leaders shift how they feel from the inside out, so everything else can follow.

As a certified Joy Facilitator, breathwork & meditation teacher and Workplace Well-being and Performance Master Practitioner, Chantal works with leaders, teams, and organizations who are high-functioning, deeply committed, and quietly running on empty. Her work isn't soft. It's the missing foundation beneath every strategy you've already tried.

Who this is for

  • Retreat and event hosts who want to offer guests something that actually moves the needle.

  • Organizations and corporate teams navigating stress, transition, or low engagement.

  • Leaders and leadership teams ready to look honestly at what isn't working.

  • Solopreneurs and small teams who need to reconnect with their focus.

  • Private groups and communities.

  • Conferences and events looking for a speaker that leaves people changed, not just inspired.

Why this work matters right now

55%

of the workforce is currently experiencing burnout

72%

of employees face moderate to very high stress at work

70%

of employees believe their employer is not doing enough to prevent or alleviate it

A woman with long, wavy brown hair, wearing a denim jacket with white stitching and a gold chain necklace, sits in a cozy room with natural light. She is smiling gently, writing in a notebook with a gold pen, seated in a beige armchair with a soft cushion. On a small white table next to her, there is a vibrant yellow vase filled with purple and green flowers, adding a touch of color to the space.

Meanwhile, the business case for joy is just as clear.

Happier employees are up to 17% more productive, and companies with the most engaged employees see 23% higher profits than those with less engaged teams. Burned-out employees are 3× more likely to seek a new job, and no strategy fixes a depleted team. When people can't feel what's working, nothing works.

Joy isn't the reward at the end of the hard work. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

What Chantal offers

  • Joy sessions & workshops

Half-day, full-day, or standalone sessions for teams, retreats, and private groups. Chantal works with you to choose the session that best aligns with where your people are and what they need most right now. Every session weaves together The Joy Method™ and mindfulness, customized to your theme and goals.

  • Speaking & keynotes

Engaging, story-led talks for conferences, events, and organizational gatherings. Joy isn't a soft topic,  it's a performance strategy, and Chantal knows how to make that land for any room.

  • Leadership & team deep-dives

For leaders who know something's off but can't quite name it. We start with a discovery call, establish where the energy leaks are, and build a session or series from there. This is facilitation that moves the needle.

  • Breathwork & mindfulness facilitation

Standalone sessions for retreats, wellness days, and events. Chantal is a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator. This in itself supports powerful shifts.

The Process

We start with a discovery call. Chantal asks the right questions and learns about your specific goals and challenges to curate a solution that delivers the best results. From there, she curates the session, content, and modalities to fit your people. Delivery is in person or online. She goes where she's called.
